Shipping Policy – NPS Natural Pro Hair Care

We process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping times:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless free shipping promotions apply.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

NPS Natural Pro Hair Care is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
